I’ll be celebrating my fifth work anniversary in the ministry. As I look back on my time here, I’ve listed down five things I’ve learned that can be applied in life and work (whether you work in the ministry or the marketplace).
It is in times like this that hit me hard, like really hard in the gut, with a reality that I always try to avoid (but obviously can’t)—and it is the truth that we are not in control.
Change reveals so much of who we really are. And if we paused every once in a while, we will see that who we are now is so different from who we were last year. Arguably, maybe even the person we were yesterday.
